1. General Conditions

  • Capacity & Age: By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old or operating under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Right of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, modify content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Payfast and integrated payment channels. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment reflects in our account.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping options across South Africa:

  • Door-to-Door Courier: Direct delivery to your physical address (2–4 business days).
  • PAXI Standard (PEP Store to PEP Store): Delivered to your selected PEP store within 7 to 9 business days (R59.95).
  • PAXI Express (PEP Store to PEP Store): Delivered to your selected PEP store within 3 to 5 business days (R109.95).
  • Self Collection / Free Pickup: Available for local pickup by prior arrangement at no extra charge.

Shipping Terms:

  • Fulfillment & Dispatch: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Standard courier delivery within South Africa takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location (main centers vs. outlying/regional areas).
  • Delivery Fees: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Recipient Responsibility: Please ensure all delivery address details supplied are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations Prior to Dispatch: You may cancel an order free of charge, provided it has not yet been processed or handed over to our courier partner. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at dearyounggirl22@gmail.com.
  • Cancellations After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled in transit and must follow our Return & Refund Policy upon arrival.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • 7-Day Return Window: In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return unused products within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed via Payfast or direct EFT back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item was received damaged or sent in error, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
